Torque Auto Parts collects personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number. Torque Auto Parts also collects anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your ZIP code, age, gender, preferences, interests and favorites. When visiting torqueautoparts.com, the IP address used to access the site will be logged along with the dates and times of access. This information is purely used to analyze trends, administer the site, track users movement and gather broad demographic information for internal use.
Most importantly, any recorded IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through Torque Auto Parts' public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others. Note: Torque Auto Parts does not read any of your private online communications.

We offer a PARTS-only-warranty.
Labor costs are not covered for any part sold by Torque Auto Parts.
In the case of the part received being incorrect (not the same as one mentioned on purchase order) and/or
defective, we will replace it and if in case replacement of the part is not possible a refund will be issued for the
charged amount. If a re-order is made before the returned part is received by us, a payment will be required for the
replacement part and the refund on the initial order will be made upon receiving the returned part. Shipping costs on the returned part will not be reimbursed. Please notify Torque Auto Parts immediately explaining to us why you wish to return the part.
Torque Auto Parts will not claim responsibility for items delivered to the address as per the tracking information noted at the time
of sale, but not taken into possession by the customer.
Kindly verify with a body expert or mechanic the required part before placing an order with us. Items incorrectly ordered by the client, once shipped, may not be available for return. We will not be able to refund the client if an item is returned past the warranty period.
Bushings and Ball Joints: are not guaranteed-on parts.
Distributors: We do not guarantee that distributors come with caps and/or rotors.
Struts: are only sold with warranty on the working condition. We guarantee that the strut tower and springs will be in working condition,
but cannot guarantee the quality of the shocks.
Carburetors: We guarantee only the ability to be rebuilt.
Control arms: are true and straight, we guarantee. Rubber bushings or non-metal parts that come with the control arms
are not guaranteed.
Instrument and Speedometer Clusters: We do not guarantee mileage. For particular vehicles such as but not limited to Lexus, Audi, BMW, Mercedes and Cadillac the customer will be required to take the cluster to a dealership to have the unit reprogrammed. Torque Auto Parts will not return or refund until the customer can provide written document from an Authorized Dealer proving the part was reprogrammed and still not working properly.
Engines assemblies: may include manifolds, oil pan, timing belts and covers, fuel injection or carburetor, we guarantee only the long block, head, and head gasket. The manifolds, gaskets (excluding the head gasket), seals, hoses, oil pan, timing belts and covers, fuel injection or carburetor, are not guaranteed. Accessories such as but not limited to turbos, Starters, air compressors, alternator, power steering pumps, optical distributors or electrical water pumps are usually not included nor under. If these parts are purchased separately they will be under warranty. Other items that may need to be replaced are the water pump, distributor cap, spark plugs and wires and possibly timing chain. Torque Auto Parts will not be held liable for these parts listed as they are considered high-wear parts.
Transmissions: We guarantee that the gears and bearings will be good.
We advise our clients to thoroughly clean out all components of the transmission before assembly.
In automatic transmissions: replace the oil as well as the filter, replace all seals and gaskets, flush & flow test cooler and lines,
fully engage torque converter in front pump.
In manual transmissions: install a new clutch, pressure plate and slave cylinder, have the your fly wheel turned, fill and check fluids
to insure proper levels.
Seals in turbo: are not guaranteed. They may require replacing during the warranty period.
Cylinder heads: are guaranteed not to be warped or cracked. Only the cylinder head itself is guaranteed and may need to be re-machined. Other parts that may accompany the cylinder head are not guaranteed and may need to be replaced.
Color matches are not guaranteed on body parts.
Electrical items such as engine computers and body control modules, transmission modules, transfer case modules are only guaranteed
to have the correct manufacturer part number. All electrical items have a replacement warranty only. Up to one replacement will be sent in order to rectify a non-working module. Customer will be eligible for a refund when we are unable to find a replacement. Modules may need to be reset by the dealer. Electrical parts that have been modified in any way will not be refunded.
Please notify our customer service department within 2 working days (48 hours) of receiving an incorrect or damaged part.
Please wait for an RMA before returning the part. The return address will be provided along with the RMA. As it is the customer's responsibility to return the part, kindly provide Torque Auto Parts with a return tracking number when the item is shipped. The item must be returned within 7 business days of the receipt of the RMA. Items incorrectly returned to Torque Auto Parts will be forwarded to the correct address as listed on the RMA instructions, at the customer's expense.
Once an item is returned we will issue a refund to the client on the eligible amount or send a replacement part.
Once an inspection of the returned item is complete, a credit request will be forwarded to the accounts department.
ORDER CANCELLATION: If a buyer/customer wishes to cancel an order before the item has been shipped, a 10%-30% cancellation fee may be applicable. If a customer/individual places an order for a wrong part knowingly or unknowingly he/she would be liable for the to
and fro shipment and will be liable for a 30% restocking fee if he/she wants to cancel the order and wants a refund on the same order.
